Arnaldo Conforto, ice cream maker since 1990, founded on 2010 Artigiani del Gusto to support gelato makers to develop their professionalism. Ever since the foundation of the company year by year grows the number of ice cream parlours, mainly in Veneto, which partially or totally entrust their production and their professionalism training to our artisanal lab.
Little by little our work drew the attention of restaurateurs, catering managers and event organizers.

With experience handed down over three generations Conforto’s family is specialized in dairy field. Arnaldo, parent patent of the family, carries on with care and inspired passion the tradition.
In 1990 he becomes ice maker and during the following years he developed his ability. His curiosity and willingness to improve led him to achieve the title of “Maestro Gelatierie”.
Arnaldo’s inspirer was Luca Caviezel and he jealously keeps an original copy of his book “ Technology and Science of the Artisanal Ice cream” on his desk.
He’s the soul of the company, the vocational trainer and the consultant for gelato makers who entrust their professionalism to Artigiani del Gusto.
Son of Arnaldo, ever since he was a child Flavio has always been fond of nature. He graduated in Natural Sciences and presented a thesis on Biological Gelato.
Nowadays he is the Executive Sales Manager of the company.
In cooperation with Arnaldo, he developed GeRiGel: the balance of ingredients software that is successfully used by many foreign and italians Gelato-makers.
Even Michele, Arnaldo’s son, chose to follow the tradition of the family.
Michele graduated by the Italian School of Gelato and he’s the Gelato Production Manager. Our creations are developed by his own formulation or by customers’ requests.
We cooperate with the rest of our team which works every day to realize our creations.
