It’s has been made for Gelato makers who already possess knowledge on product properties and functionality of the ingredients. The software allows to create recipes based on accurate mathematical formulations.

Gelato is made of AIR, WATER and SOLIDS.
Therefore the mathematical balancing of these elements is the only way to obtain the Gelato with the desired features.

GeRiGel is immediately available on your computer (no internet connection is required). Works on Windows operative systems or Mac operative system (Windows Machine is needed) and is at your disposal after a little investment capital.
